What it's like
You walk, your weapons fire themselves, and the horde never stops coming. Every time the party levels up, the game pauses and everyone picks an upgrade on their phone: a new weapon, a charm, or more of what you have.
Twelve stages across four regions, each ending in a three-phase boss. Or set out on an Expedition down a branching map, where the party votes the route. Sign in on your phone to keep your gold and what you buy with it.
How to play
Move. That's it.
The joystick walks your hero. Your weapons aim and fire by themselves.
Grab the green
Enemies drop green XP. Walk over it to fill the party's bar, and at every level-up each of you picks one of three cards.
Fuse and combo
Two weapons at level 3 and the right charm fuse into a new weapon. Two different elements on one enemy set off a combo.
Stick together
Down? Your ghost still collects XP, and a teammate standing on your frog-stone brings you back. Two players with the right pair of weapons link up when they stand close.
Beat the boss
After 20 to 25 minutes of waves the boss walks in. It fights in three phases and always marks the floor before it strikes.

The chat sends the swarm
Your viewers get one big Cheer button on their phones. The more of them tap, the fuller the meter on your stream, then confetti. Swarm plays the same with or without them.
How Streamer mode worksOnce you're hooked
Expedition
A journey through all four regions to the Void Titan, an hour or more. The party votes every stop, and each camp saves the journey so you can carry on another evening.
Danger and omens
Each Danger level, 0 to 5, adds a twist and pays more. An omen bends one rule for the whole run, and challenges unlock more of them.
Your Book
Your phone keeps a book of everything you've found: fusion recipes, charms, enemies and challenges. Challenges unlock new weapons, charms and heroes, like the Necromancer and the Bard.
Before game night
Keep the TV's browser tab in front: real-time games pause while it's hidden.
Hold your phone sideways: the stick gets the left half of the screen.
Sign in on your phone to keep your gold, weapons and unlocks; a guest's are gone when the game ends.
